E-Z Notes Return Policy

E-Z Notes must be contacted within (5) business days if the ordered product is unacceptable or arrives damaged. For damaged items, a written report detailing the extent of damage, accompanied by a refund request or replacement request must be received within (2) weeks of receipt.

Items must have all packaging and components intact and be returned within two (2) weeks of receipt.

All item returns will have a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded.
